A group of moderate Liberal MPs have been lobbying the Prime Minister on these issues for at least two years.

The Federal Government indicated last year that changes were to be expected soon but 2006 ended without any wide reaching reforms being implemented.

It was the push by The Pink Broad all those months ago to get this issue heard that's brought this to the attention of the mainstream papers. Just goes to show how a small voice can turn into a loud roar if the issue is worth yelling about. ]]>
